### Cooperstown Baseball Rentals - Dugout 1

The Dugout 1 apartment is perfect for one or two people.   
  
Centrally located, the Dugout 1 is:   
  
\- 3.4 miles to Cooperstown All-Star Village   
  
\- 3.1 miles to Cooperstown Baseball World   
  
\- 18.7 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park   
  
\- 24.7 miles to National Baseball Hall of Fame   
  
This is a first floor, one bedroom apartment that offers a queen size bed, one full bath with stall shower (no tub), a comfortable living room with a 50" (or larger) smart Roku TV, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Outdoors is a beautiful area with a patio set and gas grill to relax and barbecue, as well as a shared on-site laundry facility. High speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and air conditioning are standard amenities included with all our rental properties.   
  
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen features a refrigerator with automatic ice maker, a regular coffee maker, K-cup brewer and an updated tiled floor and backsplash. The bathroom is fully tiled with a granite floor. There are 2 flat screen smart Roku TV's in this apartment. There is an on-site, shared free laundry facility.   
  
There is ample off-street parking, as well as high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) for all the apartments.   
  
Your host lives within 15 minutes of the property and is easily accessible via text or phone. You will be greeted at the property to be checked in and given your keys.   
  
The Dugouts are located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, just minutes from Baseball World and Cooperstown All Star Village, as well as close to the downtown and Southside shopping districts.   
  
There are taxi companies in the area and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are pretty scarce. Having a car is best to fully enjoy the area.

Upstairs is the Dugout 2 (Airbnb listing #32314108) which sleeps 2 and the Dugout Efficiency 2 (Airbnb listing #33902108) unit which sleeps 1 - 2\. Across the hall is the Dugout Efficiency 1 (Airbnb listing #33901303) which sleeps 1 – 2 people.   
  
All units have separate entrances, which makes this a wonderful opportunity for 4 different families to be able to stay all together at one location yet have the privacy they need! This listing is just for the Dugout 1 unit. Listings for the other properties can be found separately.

#### Very nice place and location 

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The place very very good for 2 people. The bathroom is very small but had everything we needed. We stayed for 6 nights while our grandson played baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Communication from the property manager was excellent. I would recommend this as a place to stay. It's within a 25-30 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park.
