The eat-in kitchen features an updated tiled floor and backsplash. There are 2 flat screen TV's - a 55" (or larger) Roku TV in the living room with DVD player, and a 43" (or larger) Roku TV in the bedroom. Guests especially enjoy relaxing in the extensive patio area in the rear, which is complete with gas grills and plenty of outdoor dining area. There is ample off-street parking, as well as high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and a shared laundry area for all the apartments. Centrally Located, Triple Play #2L is: • 3.2 miles to Cooperstown All Star Village • 17.7 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park • 21.7 miles to National Baseball Hall of Fame, Cooperstown Triple Play #1 and Triple Play #2R are 3-bedroom apartments also available in this location. This is a wonderful opportunity for different families to be able to stay all together at one location yet have the privacy they need! Each apartment has its own private entrance within the building, and has a full kitchen and private bathroom for that unit. I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village and Cooperstown Baseball World, as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas, and just 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours. PLEASE NOTE: The pool listed is a community (public-Wilber Park) pool that is approximately 1/2 mile from the location. There may be a fee for access. There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce.
