(Whole house sleeps 12) 3 Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 23 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame located on Main Street Cooperstown, NY! Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY The Space: Permit #3 This stylish apartment is newly renovated and offers beautiful hardwood flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "HOME PLATE APT 1" is a first floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, separate dining room, living room with a 50" smart TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 40" inch or greater smart TV’s as well. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, the 3rd has a full. For families / friends that wish to group together, “HOME PLATE APT 2” is on the second floor and sleeps 6 as well with the same exact layout. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date. 2026 Summer Season Schedules – Please Read Carefully New for 2026: The summer tournament schedules have changed! Both tournaments; Cooperstown All Star Village and Cooperstown Dreams Park are now running on different 6-night schedules. This rental is available only for Cooperstown All Star Village weeks. The beds were comfortable, linens were nice, property was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was so convenient to All Star Park and made for an easy homebase during our stay. Super clean unit, tons of linens and clean towels, ample parking and cute welcome touches. The property management company was exceptional with communication. We enjoyed walking to coffee shop in the morning in the town. It is an older unit, so some quirks that come with an older building but nothing that impacted our short stay in a major way.
