Excellent, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from entering the front door until sadly leaving. We had excellent communications from Kelly and Leah, who arranged our transfer from the airport. Location is fantastic, just opposite the Ben Thiem market, and within walking distance to many of the main tourist sites.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of choices to suit any taste. Omelettes and eggs were cooked to order. Dinner was also of a high standard, again with plenty of choice.
There is a small swimming pool on the roof, not used by us as the weather wasn’t that great during our visit. The rooftop bar was really nice and a great place to watch HCMC light up from dusk onwards. Nice place to unwind after a day exploring the city and a great happy hour from 4.00 until 7.00. Laura really looked after us while we were on the roof admiring the views.
All in all , a fantastic hotel, which I would highly recommend to any future visitors to HCMC.
