Nice room, very clean

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

Nice contemporary room..loved the free chilled water.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful with suggestions on places to eat. We had read the reviews, so the street noise was to be expected. Great value for the price. We’d stay there again.

Room had weird smell. And some electrical plugs were falling from the wall.
