“Over all was satisfied. The part of town was slightly rougher than I would have liked. But no problems. Neighbors dogs were the only bother. And the train only ran once a day and twice during the weekend. Again not an issue. Will be booking again! Thank you. ”

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week-long vacation at Lake Martin. The location was perfect. Quiet with very little boat traffic. The house was clean and comfortable. And renting the pontoon boat for the week was the best. If you rent the house....strongly recommend renting the boat as well. There are lots of places to go on Lake Martin and we took the boat out every day. Would definitely go back again!”

“First we originally booked this home earlier in the year for a tournament and it was canceled at the last minute and we were past our refund threshold. They was no hesitation to work with us on rebooking for a different date. That was amazing customer service and very appreciated. We were in town for a softball tournament. “It is a big, spacious and comfortable house.The bedrooms are big with comfortable beds.The bathroom shower has great water pressure.The kitchen is nice for cooking meals.”

“The property is a little gem. I live in Midland so I rented the property to accommodate the overflow from my house. Their stay was short but everyone were more than happy about the accommodations. My memorial weekend cookout is an annual thing and the little grey house is gonna play a more integral part in the future.”

“The home is in great shape and well maintained for what I would guess was originally constructed in the 70's. The important features have been updated, but theres still plenty of original character. I imagine that kids would have a blast sleeping in the loft above the spiral staircase. We were in town for an event at the conference center; I'd probably recommend driving the short distance if you're dressed up but it is walkable. Would definitely stay here again.”
