With three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a private jetty right in your garden, this home invites you to slow down, unwind, and sail straight into the beauty of the IJsselmeer. Comfort and Style Inside and Out The cozy living room features a comfortable sitting area and smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, as well as a dining space for shared meals. The fully equipped open kitchen includes a cooking island, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and both capsule and filter coffee machines—ideal for both quick breakfasts and leisurely dinners. Glass doors open onto the garden terrace, where you can relax, dine, or step straight onto your sloop for a day on the water. Spacious, Practical, and Relaxing Upstairs, three bedrooms with twin beds offer comfort for families or groups, with one en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, walk-in shower, and sink. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower is accessed via the landing, and separate toilets are available on both floors.
