You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Waterfront Lower Level Private Entrance

Large beach and two story dock and the public side.
Large entertainment area, two bedrooms one has a queen bedroom and the other has adult sized bunk beds, large bathroom, private entrance, over looks the lake and walks out to the lake. Shared kitchen on main level with three refrigerators and all appliances, gas grill on deck. Lower level has its own entrance with a smart code. The kitchen is shared by all renting the property. Plenty of lounge chairs and dock and beach. Fire pit overlooking the lake. Plenty of parking. We have a kayak, paddleboard and rafts and life vests for all sizes and full electric at the dock. We require on room rentals that you wash sheetsw and dry and put back and as well as all bathroom towels and mats and all dishes and trash is taken. This is so you don’t have to pay a cleaning fee and by level is 125.00. They do come and sanitize the comforters pillows and levels. We offer if you want the cleaners to come and do all it’s $125.00 and would need to advise when you book you would rather pay the fee.i allow a 11:30 checkout instead of 10AM.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
All 4pm rentals must wash bath towlels must be washed and put away. All linens must be washed and put back in all rooms. Washer quick cycle 34 minutes and dried heavy duty high 30 minutes.
You can even wash bath mats Please do not wash comforter the clients will sanitize.
Put all dishes away. Take all trash to local site turn off all lights and lock doors and AC on 70. Makes sure all boat house and Kay’s are out back in proper place.

Getaway

The main bed was uncomfortable, temperature hard to control in the overall room, the bunk beds are too short for adults, multiple water stains in the ceiling, mildew smell in the room. The view is amazing!

Review of Lower Level Only

This property has a wonderful lake view and comfortable sleeping/lounging areas. The rooms were well furnished and clean with some cosmetic repairs needed. The bathroom has been nicely updated and has plenty of room. I was confused about the info sent me about the upper level where the kitchen and washer/dryer are located since we only rented the lower level for a quick overnight stay. Apparently another renter was in the upper level while we were there. Also, there was a mix up receiving the access code but the VRBO customer service helped us straighten it out. Two things that might help other renters, larger house numbers on the mailbox and a designated path to the lower level entrance.
