Waterfront Lower Level Private Entrance

Large beach and two story dock and the public side.
Large entertainment area, two bedrooms one has a queen bedroom and the other has adult sized bunk beds, large bathroom, private entrance, over looks the lake and walks out to the lake. Shared kitchen on main level with three refrigerators and all appliances, gas grill on deck. Lower level has its own entrance with a smart code. The kitchen is shared by all renting the property. Plenty of lounge chairs and dock and beach. Fire pit overlooking the lake. Plenty of parking. We have a kayak, paddleboard and rafts and life vests for all sizes and full electric at the dock. We require on room rentals that you wash sheetsw and dry and put back and as well as all bathroom towels and mats and all dishes and trash is taken. This is so you don’t have to pay a cleaning fee and by level is 125.00. They do come and sanitize the comforters pillows and levels. We offer if you want the cleaners to come and do all it’s $125.00 and would need to advise when you book you would rather pay the fee.i allow a 11:30 checkout instead of 10AM.
