Room was clean, staff were nice and breakfast was good

Hotel and as in a good location in a quiet area but within walking distance to most locations. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was fine but perhaps more choice of food could improve this area. Staff were attentive. Hotel gym was rather out of date . On the whole a really good stay and would return without hesitation

Great location to walk around centrum of city, sightseeing, restaurants and subway. Very convenient to cook and shop foods. Clean and friendly.

The next morning, after not getting much sleep, I packed my things and went to the lobby, only to be told by another staff member that the hotel was full for the rest of the weekend. This put me in an embarrassing situation, as I had to return to my original room. That said, I still had a great time in Budapest. I’m surprised by the unwelcoming room, the false promises, and the lack of compensation—especially from a hotel associated with a Michelin-star restaurant and the Solid rooftop breakfast.

Super clean room, stuff really friendly, super safe. I love the walking distance to the tou areas.
