“This hotel is outdated and in need of a full update/renovation. The bedroom was very old fashioned and small. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Although some coffee was available in the reception area, no teabags and the hot water was not hot!! Breakfast was limited. This hotel was just about ok for an overnight but wouldn't stay any longer. Would definiately NOT book again. Far to pricey for the standards on offer.”

“They do not have body lotion in the room. I was standing in front of the reception staff waiting to be served for checking in. He was'nt busy. He just looked at me without saying a word. I approached him first instead of him approaching me as a guest. Being a guest relations job must be courteous to anyone. It is just my experience at that moment. I presumed he's not like that all the time.”
