The Space:

Morning light streams through wide windows, inviting you to linger over coffee as the house awakens. The scent of fresh brew mingles with the gentle hum of plans forming around the dining table. Later, the private pool glistens under the sun, promising relaxed afternoons, while evenings drift toward cozy moments in the living rooms. Here, space and comfort blend so your group can move together or find quiet corners whenever you wish.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed that comfortably sleeps two. Upstairs, a second primary bedroom also offers a king bed. Two additional bedrooms each hold a queen bed, providing ample room for couples or friends. The themed Clouds bedroom includes one full bed and one twin bed, sleeping two, while the Minions bedroom mirrors this layout with a full and a twin bed, also sleeping two. Six bathrooms serve the six bedrooms, and fresh linens and bathroom essentials are supplied.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed for group meals. An indoor dining area flows onto an outdoor patio, encouraging long, shared meals under the sky. A BBQ grill on the patio makes casual al fresco dining effortless.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio to find a private pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Pool loungers line the deck, inviting you to read, nap, or simply soak up the sunshine. The space is designed for easy transitions between swimming, relaxing, and dining outdoors.

A dedicated game room adds friendly competition with a pool table and ping pong table. The main family room offers comfortable seating and a TV for movie nights. Practical touches include a washer and dryer, self‑check‑in with a smart lock, free on‑site parking, Wi‑Fi, and a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
