The Space:

You step onto a sun‑kissed patio and hear the gentle ripple of your private pool, while soft morning light pours through the open‑concept living area. The warm Florida air drifts through the spacious rooms, inviting you to unwind after a day of theme‑park thrills. Evenings unfold at an easy pace, whether you gather in the roomy living space or linger outdoors under the sky. This two‑story retreat offers room for everyone to spread out, relax, and recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

Six themed bedrooms are arranged across two levels, providing both space and privacy. Downstairs, a bedroom features a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and a full pull‑out couch that can sleep two additional guests. A second downstairs bedroom offers a Queen bed. Upstairs, two bedrooms each contain two Twin beds, a third bedroom holds a King bed, and a fourth bedroom provides a Queen bed. With 3.5 baths throughout the home, getting ready is simple for larger groups.



Outdoor living

The private pool serves as a natural gathering point, surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture and loungers. A hot tub invites you to soak under the stars, and nearby gym access lets you keep up with your routine. The outdoor entertainment area offers space to relax, unwind, or enjoy quiet moments between adventures.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances lets you prepare meals at your own pace. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats the whole group, perfect for slow breakfasts before heading out or shared dinners after a full day.



Conveniences & in‑home amenities

The home includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi‑Fi, and a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided, along with a pack ’n play/travel crib for families. Private entrance and on‑site parking add extra convenience.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
