“The room was clean and beds were comfortable but there seem to have an undesirable odor with the pillows or comforter sheets. We were not able to connect to front desk or room service since the phone was not working. Staff were courteous and nice. “When i checked into the hotel it seemed ok. But as soon as i saw the room it was the size of a closet. And when i sat on the bed it broke. The bed mattress was avout 2 inches thick. I was given a second room but had already decided to leave. I paid in advance for a week and no refund was given”
