“Sehr schöne Lage oberhalb des Stausee s. Der See ist fußläufig in 5 min erreichbar. Wir waren eine Nacht da auf der Durchreise. Frühstück war sehr gut, alles da. Wir haben auch den Wellness Bereich mit Sauna und Innenpool genutzt, wobei dieser nicht sehr groß ist und dementsprechend voll war. Zimmer mit Balkon (Blick auf den Tennisplatz) war in Ordnung. Bad war modern. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“Prenotato scegliendo 1 letto queen size, arrivo e ci sono 3 letti singoli. Chiedo di cambiare, mi dicono che non si può cambiare stanza perché sono fully booked. Però posso avvicinare due letti, mi dicono. Chiedo se possono farlo loro ma no, se voglio devo farlo io (comportamento strano). Cena OK. Colazione dalle 7, chiedo se posso scendere alle 6.45 per partire alle 7.15, mi dicono che è impossibile perché lo chef arriva alle 7. Però possono farmi una colazione da portare via. “Loved the quirky quaint charactet of the hotel which still had comfortable clean rooms. Would definitely stay again. Helpful staff, especially Agata and Martina. Worst part is RECEPTION IS ONLY OPEN UNTIL 7:00 pm. Must check in remotely otherwise. We arrived at 7:30 and were caught unawares. We almost most gave up and went somewhere else. Once we figured it out, it still took several calls to the hotel, reception problems, etc to finally get the code, and get it to work! Fun little……

“The only good things about this hotel are the location. It is located in the centre of Brno. The staff at the front desk is quite helpful. However, the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping services are awful. Many things are out of order or in poor condition, including the air conditioner, the room lights, no hot water, and a broken arm on the armchair. The window cannot be opened, and the room is very dimly lit. The breakfast is just okay; very little food to choose from. It is not worth the……
