Let me start of by saying that the staff that I dealt with were all pleasant, helpful, and easy to deal with. However, the room itself was scary. The floors were slippery as if they were mopped with greasy water or maybe they waxed them or something and were slick from that. Next, there were dead bugs all around in the corners of the room. When I looked closer, there were spider webs all around the base of the floor lamp where I was intending to plug in my phone charger. That prompted me to loon under the bed and holy crap, it looked like a scary movie with the amount of spider webs and egg sacks under there. I even found a spider crawling out of my pillow case. We were booked there for three nights but left that next morning to go stay somewhere else. When we checked out, we were told that a manager would have to contact us to refund the two nights that we didn't stay. We have still not been contacted or refunded for the two unused nights.
