“We’ve stayed at The Peaks on several occasions, and sadly, this trip was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the experience was poor. The front desk employee was curt and provided virtually no information about the hotel or amenities. We weren’t told that the pool was under construction, the waterslide was closed, the game room was closed, or that the restaurant wasn’t open. We weren’t given the Wi-Fi password, told where to find breakfast or what the coffee shop offered,……

“Fantastic stay...staff was exceptional and the property was flawless! The amenities were fantastic...great pool with hot tub, lockers, gym, and the complimentary coffee, teas, and cookies hit the spot! We loved the location as it was very close to the market and the free gondola. Definitely highly recommend!”
