Also she cooked us wonderful conch fritters and the best carrot cake ever. If you want an off the beaten path true Bahamian experience this is a must do! So safe the people are wonderful. Don’t forget to visit Lorraine’s mom. For the most insane coconut bread ever and Lorraine’s cafe for amazing food. Rent a boat for the day and explore all the……

“Our little cottage getaway was just what we needed. Our hosts were exceptional - responsive, kind and generous. The cottage was very comfortable - we had everything we needed for a four-day stay on Eluethera. It was quiet and safe (after a week in Nassau). We were able to walk to Turtle Beach and many other beautiful beaches were just short drives away.Loved it - wish we could have stayed longer.”

And the stairs that led down to the water was the most stunning view!! Especially for sunsets and when the full moon was out. “This adorable, aptly named, beautifully appointed and restored 'Tucked In' is perfect for 2-4 people. It's dialed in with everything you need. We rented a boat for a week and kept it at the dock. There is a 'no wake zone' out front and it's very protected. We saw sea creatures every day!”
