"Our little cottage getaway was just what we needed. Our hosts were exceptional - responsive, kind and generous. The cottage was very comfortable - we had everything we needed for a four-day stay on Eluethera. It was quiet and safe (after a week in Nassau). We were able to walk to Turtle Beach and many other beautiful beaches were just short drives away.Loved it - wish we could have stayed longer."

"Wonderful place and even better hosts. Our AC went out and they put us up in another place for one night and had an entire brand new unit in one day. Also she cooked us wonderful conch fritters and the best carrot cake ever. If you want an off the beaten path true Bahamian experience this is a must do! So safe the people are wonderful. "Spent 3 nights in one of Ida's four properties with my wife and 2 kids (10 and 12 years old). We absolutely loved it! The property itself was clean, roomy, comfortable, and situated a few steps away from an incredible sandy beach. Kayaks, hammock, lounge chairs, and paddle board are all made available for no extra cost and we made use of all of them. Black Point is a really charming town with super friendly people.
