I had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. The cleanliness really stood out—everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service. The woman at the front desk was so kind explaining everything to me, check in was super easy, breakfast was great, and my room was SO stylish. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too!

Brilliant hotel, super helpful and friendly staff. Food was amazing. The only fault and seriously this is the most minor thing was the vents in the bath room need a good dust. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Beautifully decorated but a little style over function. Room very small (difficult to accommodate two small suitcases and two humans, with limited access to the other side of the bed) and overly complicated shower that seemed to only work on one setting. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location.
