Although the staff was friendly and polite, this property is just about the worst we've ever stayed in. During our 6 day stay we were in three different rooms. The first had a toilet that ran constantly. In the second one the mechanism to turn the shower on/off barely worked. At one point the water was stuck running. We were moved to other rooms. Whoever they've had do their bathroom painting does not know the first thing about painting. All the shower heads were painted over, there were paint drops on the floor, the countertop and light switches. A 4 year ld could have done a better job. I used their laundry facilities and the room & machines were dirty. The dryers weren't working -- we were offered to have our laundry dried in the facilities' dryer -- no thanks. The elevator was unreliable-- sometimes it worked, at others not. The door at the first floor stairway exit did not shut all the way -- not the best in the case of a fire. The whole time we were there, a bucket was in the first floor hallway -- apparently catching water from a leak -- part of the ceiling above it had been pushed back. The public printer was not working -- we had to have the desk clerk print our boarding passes.

I would not go back to this hotel. There was no shower gel. There was no shampoo. The shower floor was tile and very slippery. Our stay was two days and yet I never received the shower gel. I was given a canister of shampoo, but could not attach it to the wall in the shower. There was no soap dish in the shower, so I had to rest the shampoo and the soap on the floor. I went downstairs to the lobby for coffee and the urn was empty. Very disappointed.

Good clean room and comfortable beds.

Hot tub was completely out of service, air conditioning wasn’t working.
