We loved our stay here, a beautiful quiet property and the room and facilities are lovely. Laura was quick to reply to questions. The breakfast was really good, a nice hearty English breakfast and the staff are very friendly. Will stay again.,
Comfortable bed and great cooked breakfast. Downside was having to walk outside in wind and rain to get to the clubhouse in the next field for breakfast. Only one tea bag each per day in the room and kettle kept switching itself off before boiling.
Breakfast was very limited but ok
Rooms are ok
Very friendly hosts.
Location as expected for my trip close to Oxford.
This property is advertised as an upmarket I dont think this is the case. I would be more careful with the choice of words as expecations can vary widely.
Lovely place to stay to visit Oxford - very easy and convenient to use Park & Ride. Room comfortable, breakfast excellent, hosts very friendly. Would happily stay there again.
Beautiful place and very well looked after. Fabulous four poster bed and modern bathroom. Breakfast was continental. I would have preferred a cooked breakfast to be included in the price, although it was an option at £8 per person. Highly recommended.
Lovely place to stay, well placed close to Oxford park and ride options. Substantial continental breakfast options but we also opted for a cooked breakfast one morning which was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Beautifully converted room on a farm. Felt extremely rural though only a short drive into Oxford centre. As with old homes, soundproofing is not the strong point which may affect some guests.
Laura is a lovely host and the continental breakfast was really good x
Lovely B&B, lovely views across the grounds and horses. Full continental breakfast and we were able to take some fruit and muffins for our day which was fabulous offer and much appreciated.
Good choice of fairly local shops/restarants and amenties not too far from B&B.
A wonderful place to stay in the quiet countryside yet so close to Oxford. Felt like home. Hosts were engaging, warm, gracious, helpful, and fascinating.
We didn’t fully appreciate the peacocks!,! But other than that it was fine

Beautiful place, lovely hosts and a fresh and filling breakfast.
The only criticisms are the old, sinking mattress in the standard double room, and sheets that were too small for it as well as a lack of hooks or chairs to place luggage/clothes.
A warm welcome when we arrived at Hill Farm. Hill Farm is in a great location close to Oxford but quietly situated.
Bed was extremely comfortable, the room and bathroom well equipped.
Breakfast was very good and a variety of things to choose from.
The only thing that let Hill Farm down slightly was some of the paintwork needed to cleared of chips and refreshed.
Hill Farm is a fabulous stay. Graham is a great host, warm, welcoming and offering fantastic advice about the local area (he let us know of a wonderful walk along the river into Oxford).
We stayed in the cottage in a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you could wish for.
We would thoroughly recommend staying here and will be back again soon
Lovely country location very close to Oxford in an equestrian farm. Very comfortable and spacious room. Host extremely friendly. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. I would definitely return.
