  • NEWLY RENOVATED (Brand New Furniture, Floors, and Paint) 2 bedroom condo, 2 blocks off the square!! Tucked away in Pecan Grove this unit is located in a small charming and quiet complex. Best part of this condo is it is walking distance to the square! Perfect spot for orientation, gamedays, or even just a getaway to Oxford. Please note that is condo is on the second floor in which there is no elevator to get to the condo. There are stairs outside to use to be able to get you up to our unit!

    This condo includes:
    2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen beds (BRAND NEW)
    1 bathroom provided with fantastic towels

    There are no parties or loud music allowed, as this home adjoins other townhomes with common walls.
    No Smoking whatsoever is allowed inside or on the deck of the Condo.

    Guest will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make


    Parking is free and there are two spots located at the complex. However, if you do have more people over they will have to park on the square and walk to the complex! Iit is not a far walk at all!
