It had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. It was close to many restaurants--including a favorite, that being Cracker Barrel. The staff was courteous, very professional. Too, the complimentary breakfast was quite good.

Dirty Halls

The room was clean but the halls and stairs were filthy. No elevator made things interesting. My wife had both knees replaced. Parking was okay but the mid side door was unsecured. Breakfast Lady did a great job.

Ok not great

Checking in the night auditor checked us in and was as cold as I’ve ever seen. Traveling Mississippi and just commented to my wife how polite and friendly everyone is…..then the auditor was the complete opposite. Room had a crack in the tub, room was semi clean. Have stayed at quality inn several times this one was disappointing

Staff were wonderful and rooms were as clean as they could be for an older facility. Carpet throughout the building was old and dirty. Bathrooms are tiny. It was decent for the price we paid. Better than paying $800 a night to stay in Oxford.

The Bed was fantastic. Slept great. A/C worked well. Temperature was great. Shower Hot. Electricity worked. Plugged in all my Tech. Wi/Fi worked. Coffee in the lobby.

Quality in question

The Quality is questionable at this location. The carpet is old, bunching up in areas, and smells bad. It was raining and I’m sure that made it worse. The room and bathroom was not clean, hair was found everywhere, an opened Dr.Pepper was in the fridge, fixtures were rusted, Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken, pool was cold and foamy-no towels stocked for it. Clean bedding and decent breakfast and coffee were the highlights of this stay.
Nasty toilet
Faucet dripping because of bad seal and is rusting.
Obvious water leaks not repaired.
Lamp looks like it lived through a flood.

Tired traveler

During check in they change the policy on incidental money. You now need $100 cash instead of them using your card. The tv was working in the room so she moved me to a different room. The floor in the second one was wet. The facility needs some renovation and the carpets replaced. The young lady working was very polite and tried everything to be helpful.

Front desk lady was friendly and very responsive. Sheets were clean but the carpets were stained and very dirty. Phone was NOT connected to the wall, had to change the tv input every time it was turned on to get a signal. We were next to the vending room and the ice machine made a loud beeping all night. They require a $100 deposit, no biggie and most hotels do, but it had to be as cash. Room smelled bad, cigarette smoke and other musty orders. Rooms looked like they haven’t been updated in over 40 years!!! Also, the toilet continued to flush itself every 10 minutes….

The place is clean, no doubt about that. However, the microwave does not work. When I looked to see if it was plugged in, it had wire showing at the plug. So, no working microwave. The light switch in the bathroom still has the old heater timer switch, which apparently is not hooked to anything, but will set and buzz and then ding. Not sure if it is actually safe. Hopefully they have the wires wrapped or capped in the wall. The lady at the desk is amazing! The outside leaves a lot to be desired for cleanliness. The non smoking rooms are a joke, because the smell of cigarettes is everywhere.

Stayed here for the ole miss playoff game. I don’t have have anything to complain about. Wasn’t fantastic but wasn’t terrible. I’m happy with the stay. It served its purpose.
