“When booking through Expedia you are given an option , pay now or pay at hotel ! I selected the pay at hotel option. However before I checked in I was charged . I explained that this should not happen as I wanted to use another form of payment . If given an option of pay at hotel you should be charged at Che k in not 4 hours before you check in . Now I have to wait for the money to be refunded on my card ! Gentlemen at reception was understanding but explained that’s there policy . Well don’t...

“We paid for a presenter to stay and the review he gave was absolutely amazing, he said and I quote. “I was on the phone to my wife, who asked me, do you wish to continue talking? He looked at the bathroom and bed and said No”. He said he had 11hrs sleep. Thank you for making our quests stay memorable.”

“Very clean room, shower pressure wasn’t bad and the free body wash / shampoo / conditioner etc were good quality. Free wifi, both the front and back doors had fly screen doors so we could keep them open to let fresh air in. Beds were comfy and extra pillows also provided. Room also had a microwave which was useful for warming up milk for the toddler. Room also had air con! Great location, 5 min drive to the airport and less than 10 mins to the city centre.”
