“The house has many good points but overall it all felt a bit cheap and tacky, and like the host was cost cutting at every opportunity. For example, the shower gels offered were all little tiny bits left behind by other guests. Some instant coffee was left. It was a tiny amount, just enough for the 6 adults to have one cup of coffee. Just all a bit mean. The house was very hot and there were no fans. Although we shut the curtains they were so flimsy the sun and heat still got through……

The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. “The appartment was not clean, an heavy smell of sewer. Many places in the apartment was really dirty: bathroom curtain, oven and fridge was destroyed. There were dirty bed sheet in a wardrobe entrance. The wifi password was not given to us and after our arrival we had no answer at all from the property. Hopefully we have booked only one night. “Mini Sainsburys and post office were within yards away and very useful. I would have liked a few more small shelves in bathroom and I couldn’t even see myself in the mirror in the lounge so couldn’t understand what it was there for (maybe for decorative purposes!). Nice and warm and bed very comfortable. Although I understand Ts&Cs, for an elderly and vulnerable person such as myself I found stripping the bed and towels etc before leaving at 11:00am quite a tiring process. However, all in all it……
