Very clean room, hotel is under refurbishment at the moment but it was only minimally inconvenient. Restaurant is reasonable; only deficiency was that not all facilities were quite as advertised,

I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the breakfast buffet very much. Also very nice was the proximity to Ayala mall and its many restaurants and stores. Ambience was elegant and friendly staff were very helpful.

Second stay at the property, I would stay again despite the indifference of the front desk. The service was improved from my first visit but hospitality is not a thing here. Paul at the Skydeck was the absolute best at customer service, he could teach everyone else on staff how to provide customer service, and they could use a crash course 👍

The bed is generously sized for one person and still manageable for two. There are a few areas for improvement, particularly in room cleanliness. The shower area floor can be a bit slippery, so extra care is needed. On the plus side, the water heater functions properly and provides consistent hot water. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a budget hotel, especially considering the good location, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities.
