If the rapids of the river, pond, and tasteful landscaping weren’t enough, relax in the covered hot tub and enjoy all 4 seasons of true Colorado beauty! This home is enveloped with unique touches, including etched glass, copper sinks, and carved wooden doors. It is truly one of a kind with outstanding amenities such as a fully updated stainless steel kitchen, river access, and much more. This exceptional home is brimming with warmth, uniqueness and has an abundance of outdoor access- all making for the perfect Colorado getaway. VR Permit: 036006 \--------------- SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Sleeps 10 \-Primary Bedroom- King \-1st Bedroom- Queen \-2nd Bedroom- Queen \-3rd Bedroom- Queen \-Upstairs loft - Two Full Size sofa sleepers \--------------- HOUSE LAYOUT: As you approach the home, a gravel driveway winds past a beautiful pond up to the honey-toned wood home. There is a covered carport for your convenience. In addition, there is a covered wrap-around deck that offers access to the front door. Entering the home, you are greeted with a stunning, state of the art kitchen complete with ample pantry space, stainless steel appliances, and a gorgeous pressed metal backsplash. There are granite countertops and an island with seating- perfect for morning coffee. Moving forward leads to the laundry room with a washer and dryer. Moving further into the home leads to the dining room with a lovely bay window with a pond view. It is an open floor plan, and the dining room flows into the living room with another sun-filled bay window, a gas fireplace ensconced in river stone and smart TV to stream all your favorites. From there opens to a sitting area with views of the San Juan River and office space for convenience. There is a half bath to the right of the sitting area. Upstairs leads directly to the master bedroom boasting a king bed, covered balcony access with views of the river, and an en suite full bath. The master bathroom has a tiled shower and splendid copper sink with a koi sculpted into it- truly unique and beautiful. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and ample closet space. The upstairs has a spacious loft with two sofa sleepers, pond views, a TV, and ample seating- perfect for family fun. The second bedroom has another queen bed and a large bay window with views of the landscaping and tranquil pond. The final bedroom is another queen bed with plenty of closet space and views of San Juan. There is a full bathroom with a shower and tub. Off the side of the wrap around deck and to the right leads to the hot tub on the covered patio. There are outdoor heaters for your comfort and it offers a wonderful experience and views no matter the weather! The home is surrounded by cottonwood trees, pine trees, and rolling fields of grass. The wraparound deck offers seating, an electric smoker, and views of the San Juan and the property’s charming pond. The property also boasts stable and grazing options for horses and an outdoor fire-pit with seating. \*\*SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. Our stay at this wonderful cabin was absolutely divine. This is our second time renting this cabin and we always have such a wonderful time. The teens ride their bikes into town and shop sightsee and have fun in the Hot Springs. We bring our horses which have a wonderful place With lots of green grass And very large round pin where we worked the horses with the younger kids. We did catch large Rainbow trout in the pond on the property. Deer would come into the yard almost every morning geese and ducks would also Visit. We just can’t say enough about this beautiful property. The locals in town have always been very warm and inviting. Very clean! Had everything needed for cooking and relaxing. Hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking and shopping. 2 minute drive to downtown, but far enough away to feel secluded. Lots of deer and geese with their gosling's on the property. Even had 2 deer bedded down ten feet from us while in the hot tub! (For families with little ones, lots of grass to run and play, but there was a lot of geese feces so beware.) Views of the river from this property are second to none. Plan to stay here again. Ten friends from around the state were able to gather and get a private tour of wolf creek with friend and owner Davey Pitcher. Thanks for that. My wife and I always enjoy more hooks to hang clothes in rooms and bathrooms, especially when you’re not fully unpacking. Racks or flat furniture to put two bags on in a room is always very helpful too. Second bedside table in primary needed.id also say it would be nice to just stock up on more glassware/wine openers etc even if they came from the thrift store. Oh, and it took us a couple of days (the majority of the trip), to realize that we weren’t having hot flashes and that the thermostats were for some reason set to 75 degrees which was odd! The setting is stunning and being right on the river was so peaceful. Wide and open space on the first floor made for such a fun time hanging out while keeping an eye on the 3 year olds. There wasnt anything that felt dangerous for the kids. The bedrooms were perfeclty comfortable. The best part was this house was only a 25 minute drive to the mountain, making a quick trip for us when we went snowboarding. The home was spotless, and in a great riverfront location close to downtown Pagosa Springs. We had beautiful blue skies, golden cottonwoods and aspens and nighttime fires with stars galore.
