Although we were given a free upgrade on our room, it was quite dated and not the cleanest. We did not complain to the staff as we were not spending a lot of time in the hotel. The windows were filthy and at night you could barely see out of them from the dirt and fingerprints. It took away from the view of the sphere completely. The room had a balcony door, which opened about an inch but even with it completely closed it did not block out the noise from the street. We were 24 stories up and could hear the sirens and cars and horns pretty much all night. We feel like the resort fee should be lowered when facilities are not available. I am also considered disabled, so the chances of me using a gym or a pool even if they were available to me would be slim to none. I did question it at checkout, but was told there was nothing that could be done.

Very out dated hotel, shower takes 15 minutes to get hot, sink water pressure is stronger than shower water, toilet kept clogging up, and ac was cold but kept shutting off and on every 15 minutes which made it uncomfortable when sleeping. Elevators take forever especially in the suite wing. Will not stay here again, not even for a discount.
