It has a large living room with a comfortable sofa and direct access to the terrace, with a fireplace to enjoy during the cooler periods of the year, a very bright master bedroom with a double bed and also access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
It is a cool apartment in summer as air always circulates naturally in the area.
It has a parking area in the same community building where there is usually a parking space available, in case you cannot find it, you can also park on the street without any problem.
