Our room smelled like cigarettes as soon as we walked in so they had to do an ozone in the room. Then our sink was leaking onto the floor had to have maintenance come twice made service came and cleaned it up. They were wonderful.

Stayed in room 1097 - room smelled odd and 2/3 nights there was no warm or hot water during showering. For what I paid I was not satisfied with the room.
