Nestled in the exclusive neighborhood dubbed The Movie Colony near the thriving downtown, this sprawling 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home was designed in 1950 by Herbert Burns, a founding father of the Desert Modern movement. Guests will relish basking poolside in the secluded backyard and savoring the stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains.

An expansive great room with picture windows and a striking floor-to-ceiling fireplace welcomes guests. Crafted by the renowned Arthur Elrod, the original interior was restored in 2018 with new furniture and art, preserving the icon’s penchant for dramatic angles and exuberant colors.

This home welcomes 1 small dog, 40lbs or less, with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of 150 USD, plus tax. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in the pool.
