"My cousin and I enjoyed our stay at the Sand Hills Condominium community. The space was very secure and clean. We were fortunate enough to have a beautiful beach front view, and also a kitchen to prepare meals when we did not want to go out. It was wonderful! There was air conditioning in both bedrooms; however, the living area does not have air so it did get a little hot in there, but we were gone most of the time, and it cooled off in the evenings. We had an issue with the washer and the owner and property manager were right on it and worked hard to resolve the issue and inconvenience. "My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Isla Verde beach is the most beautiful beach in our opinion! Steps away from the beach and the view from our room was amazing. Check in was a little difficult as we got in to San Juan at 2am, but security was helpful and property manager was prompt to answer questions and solve issues. Many restaurants close by. The pool was not busy and clean. Check out was very easy! Would stay again!"

"Nice comfortable condo inside! Had everything we needed, and the balcony view of the ocean was amazing! We did not make it down to the beach area, but saw a couple of surfers in the water and an occasional couple strolling … very peaceful. Had it not been raining the mornings we were there it’s an excellent spot to catch a beautiful sunrise. Place was quiet. Host was very communicative and quick to respond to our questions. And the evening security guard was so friendly and hilarious!"

"Condo is well maintained, very clean, and every extra from hangers to air freshener is provided. Leo was an amazing host and quickly answered every text I sent. The condo has a fun community pool and a 3 min walk to the beach. It’s right on the main drag so everything you need is right there. I gave 5 stars across the board only because I couldn’t give 10. Highly highly recommend!!!"

"This condo was perfect - excellent location, just 15 minutes from old San Juan, 45 minutes from El Yunque Rain Forrest, and 50 minutes from the Bioluminescent Bay in Fajard. We rented a car to drive to each of these locations (which I highly recommend) and having the garage parking space was so convenient, especially when it rained. The condo was absolutely lovely and well equipped. The bed was comfy and the sheets smelled amazing, the central a/c and the strong water pressure were perfect, but...
