The room is not clean at all , I've found bed bugs in my bed , i don't know how this hotel is a 5 stars hotel it's a 4 stars hotel maximum .

The room was very clean, the spa accommodations were great, and I loved the design of everything. It was a great location as well. Close to food and restaurants and shops. We had a great time. We missed the breakfast though so I wish I tried it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
