The place was under construction and you couldn’t park in the parking lot,had to park across the street from the hotel,,construction equipment was everywhere in the parking lot,the workers were up and at it before 7am,,the smell of ash fault was horrible,didn’t have patio furniture,,workers beating on the door before 7am wanting people to move their cars and I didn’t even drive myself down to the hotel,,me and the people who came together they wouldn’t put us on the same floor,they gave the nicer rooms to the workers,,very bad experience and will not be staying there again!!

This was the second time we stayed at Beachside. And we booked a third while sitting at the beach there. It is an older building but that does not mean ran down. Every staff member has always been, friendly, welcoming, and super helpful if we have ever needed anything. It is safe, quiet, and still a short drive from PCB. The only thing that could make it better is if it was pet friendly outside of service animals. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub are clean and do allow day passes if any family or friends are staying offsite. Food at the bar is fresh and cooked to order. Beach area is not crowded. Pretty much everyone can have a front row seat to the ocean. Can’t wait to be back July 3rd!

Great view from my room. Beach and pool were just a short walk away. I didn’t like the parking area, too few spaces and not enough room for big trucks. I was in a room between two screaming babies. Too much smoking in the room next to me, while I was on my balcony.

Access to the beach was great and wasn’t ever crowded. Nice pool. Liked the location was a bit far from shopping and restaurants but was out of the heavy crowded area which we liked. Only negative thing is there is no complimentary breakfast with coffee, water etc

The property was quiet and the beach access was very close. The on site bar had excellent drinks at an affordable price. Staff was friendly and made an exception to spending an extra night on our vacation. We will be back for sure.

The property was outdated and had bugs. We were given the wrong room upon arrival and were double charged as well. The “ bar & grill” was microwave food and bartender didn’t know how to make a margarita. We were extremely disappointed.

The property albeit old was clean and well maintained with a comfortable bed. My son did inform me that the pull out was not comfortable at all. The access to the beach was superb with the beach being within 20 meters of your room door. Serious negative, the resort does not provide umbrellas or seating on the beach! However, you can rent a lounger from a vendor??? For $57.00 a day. That’s ridiculous and the beach resort needs to do something about this to address that issue!!!!
