Disappointing in the condo for vacation experience and for cost per night:
Condo was not very clean when we arrived. Black soot on floors & barstools, barstools were to tall to sit comfortably at the bar, mold on ceiling in dining area, dining room chair broke while someone was sitting in it, it was glued, bathtub would not drain, freezer door would not open all the way to access the freezer, WiFi went in and out daily, ceiling fan In living room was falling out of the ceiling, dresser drawers in master bedroom would not open easily, knob pulls on cabinets constantly falling off, sheets not fitting well on bed and continue to come off, kitchen not stocked with any pot holders and only one dish towel and cloth, and beds were very uncomfortable.
Usually not one who complains and overlooks minor things but after numerous stays at condos at Horizon South this was by far our worst experience. Very frustrating when we had our family members who were staying with us. We contacted the property manager numerous times but she only apologized for our experience. We felt for the amount of money we spent and the number of problems the unit had we should have been offered some sort of discount or credit for future stays.
We had to make arrangements to stay and wait for repair men to come several times and interrupted our vacation and family time.
We certainly do not plan to book another stay at this particular condo.
We come every year and our hope is these issues are addressed and the next tenant will not have the terrible experience we did on vacation.
