"Marshal hotel is situated close to all of the bars and restaurants. Outside area is not great but for 1 night only it was a good place to stay. Some areas looked a little tired but the hotel is spotless. The lady on the desk was charming and arranged taxis to airport for us. Breakfast was okay, except for coffee that was like mud!!"

"I am old and have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is one of the best. The basics are all fine - comfortable bed, good modern bathroom, no street noise and good sound-separation between rooms, always clean and bright, desk managers always knowledgeable and helpful, excellent central location in pedestrianised area with supermarket, money exchange, coffee shops. Belgrade itself is very interesting, but there can be challenges with taxis/Uber/Bolt, phone service, currency, and streets labelled in Cyrillic script. The desk managers know the answers, they will spend time with you solving your problems (even if the problem is actually your fault). I would go back tomorrow. "

"Lovely hotel, area around run down a bit. Staff fantastic, food ( breakfast) , good quality and plentiful - clean large room, stunning bathroom, bed and pillows comfortable- mini bar good( but didnt use, hot drinks tray a bit poor- Would book again if we return to Belgrade"
