“The location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, which was a real plus.
However, communication could have been better, as I had to chase for check-in details and responses sometimes took over half an hour. The hot water only lasted around 10 minutes, and the internet connection was unreliable during my stay. “This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had, and the fact this property is marketed as “premium” is frankly laughable.
Do not be fooled by the photos. They hide a reality of broken facilities, missing essentials, and a management team that disappears the moment you raise a problem.
From the first night, the room was not fit for purpose. The window had only half a curtain, leaving the room exposed to light and neighbouring buildings. There was no privacy and no darkness,……
