Bar wasnt really a bar swim at bar is fine but it closes at 6 PM. Food wasn’t worth nothing no buffet style just pork every day every now and again you’ll get fish. I don’t eat pork so I had to eat at local restaurants almost my entire stay so all inclusive is definitely not worth it. If you are vegan or pescatarian you can’t eat here also they served me pasta with nothing on it just pasta straight from the water. I have included a picture. I will not go back. most resorts do a complementary room Decoration for birthdays this one I had to pay 85 USD some staff was friendly so we were not.Ramon was like a robot. Pablo was very nice. The rest of the front desk staff was mediocre helpful both bartenders for poolside bar and other bar were great. Best part of the vacation was the drinks. housekeeping was nice and quick and sufficient no complaints there. review said they had a nightlife disco club it looked abandoned for years and so was the carnival rides for kids on property they were rusted looks like they haven’t used them in 20 years the night life club is one of the reasons why I book they need to specify It’s no longer available.

Der Aufenthalt im Suitree Experience Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer war gut gepflegt und die Aussicht fantastisch. Der eigene Pool war eine tolle Abwechslung! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut, es hätte jedoch mehr Abwechslung sein können da wir 5 Nächte dort waren und Vollpension gebucht hatten. Die Karte war sehr überschaubar, das lag scheinbar daran, dass es Nebensaison war und die Gäste in der Regel eher 1-2 Nächte bleiben. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön, könnte jedoch etwas besser gepflegt sein, besonders der Fußweg welcher am Pool vorbei führt. Ärgerlich war jedoch, dass aktuell 3 neue Häuser gebaut werden und dies zu starker Lärmbelästigung geführt hat. Wir würden das Suitree auf jeden Fall empfehlen, da es ein besonderes Erlebnis ist.

We had the most amazing experience. Our driver Errose was AMAZING! From the time he picked us from the airport to driving us back, he was attentive, and helpful! I wish I could copy and paste Errose service everywhere we went. The staff at hotel was attentive and accommodating. The views from the hotel and from our room are incomparable to anywhere I've been. The staff and the Sentido Norte was accommodating to my wife's food choices. Since she us vegan. They gave impeccable service and it was such a well curated experience. We ledt feeling like this was home. This is a GEM and we would highly recommend!!! Pura Vida!!
