这是间很优美的住宿，值得去入住。

Der Aufenthalt im Suitree Experience Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer war gut gepflegt und die Aussicht fantastisch. Der eigene Pool war eine tolle Abwechslung! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut, es hätte jedoch mehr Abwechslung sein können da wir 5 Nächte dort waren und Vollpension gebucht hatten. Die Karte war sehr überschaubar, das lag scheinbar daran, dass es Nebensaison war und die Gäste in der Regel eher 1-2 Nächte bleiben. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön, könnte jedoch etwas besser gepflegt sein, besonders der Fußweg welcher am Pool vorbei führt. Ärgerlich war jedoch, dass aktuell 3 neue Häuser gebaut werden und dies zu starker Lärmbelästigung geführt hat. Wir würden das Suitree auf jeden Fall empfehlen, da es ein besonderes Erlebnis ist.

We stayed here for the first time in Costa Rica ! It was a short drive through the (about 30-40mins) to get here from Liberia airport. I recommend to book your transportation prior to your trip. The hotel was beautiful !! Lots of pools, food options and entertainment. The staff was also friendly. There is also a Waterpark in the property for the little ones with slides and sprinklers. We had an overall pleasant experience here, but coming with small children I do have some suggestions that could make the experience even better. Rooms had multiple doors which were easy to open even when locked (not child safe). I would suggest the hotel has family rooms with child safety locks to prevent any accidents while on vacation. Also rooms with families should be cleaned daily. We changed our children dirty diapers and they would be there for the whole day (sometimes more than a day). Even if we left for the day to eat or enjoy the pool, when we would return the garbage would still be there. Maybe they are short staff but this could improve. Also

Excellent stay, different mindset, of a luxury guesthouse with residences vs a typical international-standard hotel. Once inside your residence apartment, you will find a generous combination of materials, marble, natural wood fortitude, luxury ceramics, and fully equipped kitchen off of a decor magazine. The hotel pool bar is the only hang out area, where you get everything from your breakfast to afternoon drinks (no other meals offered). This resort is shabby for their advertised five-star rating. The food is mediocre, the portion sizes are very small, and you're constantly harassed by asinine resort rules that make no sense. The resort and rooms are run down. The toilets are cheap, the bathrooms need caulking, the baseboards are broken and cracked, the finish on the doors is old and worn out. The air conditioning is extremely weak in the common areas. There aren't enough fans outside. You can't really get breakfast after 10:00 a.m., and if you do you're expected to wear a shirt with sleeves even though you're in the tropics trying to have breakfast. The staff is generally not well trained in hospitality. If you get one of the preferred rooms, you get access to a bar with higher end liquor, which sounds great but it's really annoying when you realize that instead of just having a wristband to indicate that you're allowed to drink the good stuff, you have to hike up the hill and go back to your little secluded bar to replenish your drinks. So unnecessary. They have a shuttle service to take you up and down the hills and get around the resort, but the shuttle take so long that you regret not just walking by yourself. On two occasions I called the shuttle and it simply never showed up.
