The host is absolutely amazing and acts like a personal concierge helping to arrange private tours, private chefs, in-house massage. The works! The cleaning lady is awesome, and she will do laundry. We had a problem with my partner's flight home. It was cancelled at the last minute. The Concierge Juan spent much time on websites and on the phone helping us. After a few hours the return flight and hotel stay were arranged. He saved the day.
Overpriced for experience, inconvenient connections between buildings and pool and restaurants, not enough activities, cannot swim in the pool. Poor service. Food is OK.

Quiet compared to past resorts we have been to. Activities/shows are not as impressive but the staff members were amazing. Not a large variety of restaurants but the food was great. Room service was excellent as well as housekeeping.
