“The property was very nice. Spa was great. Villa was amazing. Restaurants need help. Service is very slow and you have to get up from table to ask for things. Didn’t like that the pool Bar/Restaurant closed so early. Pools are also way too warm. ”

“We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. “This resort sits on top of a hill overlooking Papagayo Bay, so be aware: there are a lot of stairs. If you have mobility issues, this place isn’t for you. The staff do offer a shuttle but you’ll still need to manage a lot of steps. Premium level have their own golf carts. But if you want a quiet, adults-only resort with great staff, good food, and comfy rooms with amazing AC, this is it. They have a good variety of food options. Lots of tropical fruits. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched.
