“We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,……

“The staff at this property was over the top accommodating. Attentive to all our needs, friendly and it felt like they knew us personally. The property was beautiful and well kept. Pool and Beach chairs had fresh towels on them every day.”

“All the cons: The concierge mentioned that the shuttle that takes you from point A to point B within the hotel grounds makes its rounds every 15 minutes, which is not true. My boyfriend and I waited almost twenty minutes for it and still no sign of the driver. We ended up walking up the hills just to get breakfast. Don’t get me wrong it was a good workout but when it’s in the middle of the day where it’s hot and humid and in flip flops, that was not ideal. Also the food selections at the one……
