“Realizei uma reserva de hospedagem em uma suíte específica, porém, no momento do check-in, fomos alocados em um quarto diferente do contratado, sem qualquer aviso prévio ou explicação adequada. Somente no dia seguinte, após minha reclamação, fomos transferidos para o quarto correto.
