Hotel La Mision is a lovely hotel located in Asuncion's shopping district. The hotel has lovely, fresh decour and fantastic staff. I highly recommend.

Stayed there for 2 nights over the long holiday weekend ending 3/May/2015 and our experience was wonderful. Arrived well before check-in time, hoping to drop off luggage before heading out to Iguazu Fall across the border in Brazil. The staff was marvelously efficient and friendly. The room was ready and they checked us in right away, even though we had arrived so early. Fantastic place to stay! Location is ideal, next to 2 huge shopping areas. Delimarket grocery store and coffee shops right across street. Everything was new and clean, and the staff responded instantly whenever I needed help. Bed was comfortable, with new sheets and pillows. Water pressure and shower were great. Kitchen has only 2 of each piece of cutlery, dish, etc. but stove, oven and microwave all worked well. Washer/dryer was a bonus. Rooftop pool small but nice. All in all, I highly...

My Spanish is not good but the front desk employees were so helpful! The room was a perfect size and extremely clean. I didn’t know I had a balcony so I was pleasantly surprised. The rooftop pool was also amazing! Conveniently, there was a small outdoor cafe across the street. Coffee and service were great. I would definitely stay here anytime I’m Asuncion!

The best thing of the property was the Staff. They were accommodating and always asking you. How was your day very very friendly.
