"Spacious room, nice staff, great location. The only drawback was parking. Ended up parking in a garage far away and calling a taxi to take us to the hotel, which was in a Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL)."

"An excellent hotel - beautiful building and location; scrupulously clean; lovely room (junior suite); and charming, helpful staff. And the ‘valet parking’ is well worth the 20 Euros, particularly when one arrives at night during a wine festival… Delightful - highly recommended!"

"We were in Perugia for a wedding and stayed at il Punto for two nights. The couple who run the establishment were so kind, helpful, and very tentative. Our room was beautiful with a breathtaking view. We weren’t there to sightsee, so it was perfect for us."

"Extraordinary lodging in an upscale two-bedroom apartment owned by an upperclass family. Complete with an enormous library of books reflecting an English literature professor and his brother(?) a judge.Very classy!Of course you do have to climb six flights of stairs, but so what? I did it twice a day, and I’m eighty five!"

"Very good hotel - restaurant provides good cuisine at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet outstanding quality. Only ‘complaint’ was lack of walk in shower. Bath with hand held shower difficult to navigate as panels too high and no grab rail. However pluses far outweigh the negatives. For those - like us - using Perugia as base to c

"This hotel room, service, and overall experience were phenomenal!
Chiara was very communicative and accommodating, but Jimena, whom met me at the time I arrived, was simply the best! She gave me lots of information about local transportation and how to get to places, as well as great tips for tourism.
I'm not sure what I was expecting as far as the room, but the room was simply excellent! It was modern, very clean, very comfortable bed, outstanding showerhead and features, great bathroom, snack bar, and water. It was extremely comfortable, clean, and overall wonderful people that made my stay much better than expected. I would definitely recommend to everyone!"
