Left my toileyry bag in the room. Returned 1 hr later to retrieve it and it magically disappeared. Would not let me back in to look or talk to maid who cleaned room, who obviously stole it because it had very exoensive cologne in it. Avoid these thieves at all costs

The only good thing about this hotel was that it was only one stop to Disneyland. Just because of that which is very convenient this place could be popular but I cannot put it in words how rude, unhelpful and obnoxious they were. All three of them. One worse than the other. Really shocking how they speak to guests and how lazy and unhelpful they are. Never again
