The room I booked and fully pre-paid was not available when I arrived, so the staff sent me to another close-by hotel of the same chain, where the comfort was not good, and the guests' reviews neither as good as this one.
I could return to this hotel on the second day of my booking, where the comfort was better.
On my last day, I had to deal with an extremely unpleasant situation at the reception when asking for my invoice, the reception guy got very upset at me and aggressive because I went to knock at his door, precisely because he was not at the counter.
It's really not up to a 3-star hotel.
I am very disappointed of my experience in these "New hotels" chain and won't be booking with them again.
I am quite disappointed that "this" is what you can get in Paris for 120€+ per room/night :
- your booking is not booked
- your room is cheap (especially in the other hotel)
- the staff is insulting you
