Studio - Paris

  • Comfortable, quiet, and bright studio apartment with refined decor and views over the rooftops of Paris, the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré-Cœur, and the Génie de la Bastille. It is located in the Bastille district and is a 10-minute walk from the Marais (Place des Vosges). In good weather, you can enjoy a 6 m² balcony, perfect for sitting back and taking in the exceptional Parisian sunsets. The residence is secure and surrounded by gardens. The sofa bed is highly comfortable, featuring a very thick mattress designed for everyday use. Check-ins are between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. For any arrival planned after 9:00 PM, please arrange to arrive the following day. For any further information, please feel free to contact me.

The apartment was clean, centrally located, yet very quiet, and lovely. Dominique was also very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Paris, especially if you would like to be in the middle of a bustling neighborhood but still value a sense of calm in the apartment. The transport options are great and there’s plenty of restaurants and bars, plus a grocery store right outside.

Dominique's apartment was the perfect stay for my solo 1-week trip in Paris. The location was great, with a grocery store and lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The balcony featured an amazing view of the city and the pull out couch was really comfortable. I particularly enjoyed looking at the eiffel tower from bed!The host was very communicative. The apartment felt very safe and had all the amenities needed. I will definitely be coming back to this charming place.

Absolutely perfect studio. Great location close to Metro restaurants museums flea markets, grocery stores. Just the right size for one or two people. The views off the balcony are priceless.

What a lovely little apartment to enjoy Paris from. So close to groceries, metro, shops and restaurants. Dominique was a terrific host. Very responsive and flexible. As others have noted the view of the Eiffel Tour from your bed is a highlight… one I won’t soon forget.

The perfect Parisian stay

This was the perfect place to spend 10 days in Paris - a lovely comfortable apartment overlooking the Eiffel Tower, a vibrant neighbourhood full of cafes, markets and restaurants but a quiet apartment. We explored Paris but loved the time just wandering the area, shopping with the locals then relaxing on the balcony with a wine and dinner, watching the tower twinkle (could even see it twinkle while lying in bed!)

Diese Unterkunft kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst geschmackvoll, sehr kunstvoll mit tollen Bildern und Antiquitäten. The Bastille

Stunning view of Eiffel Tower & Sacre Coeur. Bed was quite comfortable & it was great to have a bath after walking all day! Complex had lovely courtyard and was secure. Host answered all questions promptly, even though she was out of town.

Absolutely Charming Studio In The Middle Of Paris

Stayed at the studio in the Bastille area of Paris for my first trip to France with my boyfriend. Was absolutely charming! Great view of all of Paris from the balcony with an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower every night. Small kitchen but capable enough to whip up a 3 course meal... convenient and close to shops and the trains into the heart of Paris! No complaints! Will stay again!

Awesome view

A beautiful view of Paris landmarks from a large terrace brought us back for a second year. The apartment is attractive, romantic, and perfect for two people. A large Monoprix grocery is 5 to 10 minutes walk away, there are two convenient metro stations, and the area is full of cafes. We cooked all our meals in the efficient kitchen nook, using the two burner cooktop, microwave, and excellent coffee maker.

Excellent !

This place was amazing. Dominique was so accommodating and kind. The apartment was clean and very comfortable in a great neighborhood. But most importantly, the VIEW! You are able to see both the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur from the flat. There is even a beautiful balcony where you can watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night. 100% recommend!

Wonderful!

Great studio; bright and spacious with a terrace and a stunning view of Paris! Everything you need for an extended stay. Very secure and quiet! Great location with a short access to several grocery stores, bakeries and metro stations! Dominique is a gracious host, she made sure I was comfortable by contacting me! Attractively furnished, comfortable sofa bed, well designed and functional. Loved the bookcase lined study/work area. Efficient kitchen and nice dining area. Views from the apartment and balcony are stunning. We spent much of our stay admiring the view of Notre Dame, Eiffel tower, Sacre Coeur,etc. We do think the apartment would benefit from a small convection oven. .Location was convenient to metros and grocery stores. Live like a Parisian.

Dominique's studio apartment was situated in a great area for bars,restaurants and great local shops.Our view over Paris skyline was amazing with Eiffel Tower to the left and to the right the beautiful Pere La Chaise cemetery. The property could do with a bit of repainting and a proper shower in bathroom.A very safe and secure accommodation. Great for short stay. Only other comment would be we couldn't get TV/DVD player to work.
