This bright 23 sq. m studio, located at the 2nd floor without elevator, includes: \- a nice living space with a retractable queen-size bed (160 cm), \- a bathroom with bathtub, \- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher), \- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, \- Wi-Fi and fan.
