Bliss out in the steamy hot tub before heading to the movie room to watch a classic on the 90' screen then retreat to one of the 5 bedrooms to rest up before another day of Park City adventure!

Home Truths:

- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Park City Fire Code Official Dave Thacker has issued an open fire and fireworks ban effective immediately within Park City limits.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

While the location, movie room, and hot tub were the main highlights of this property, we were disappointed by multiple plumbing issues during our stay. One of the upstairs showers broke twice, and the property manager did not send someone until 36 hours after it was reported. The person they sent was unable to fix the problem, and it remained broken for the entirety of our stay. The second upstairs bathroom had a shower that was not fully functional, as the shower head was positioned in a way that sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. These issues caused us to have to share one partially working shower/bathtub amongst four adults and three children for the 4 nights we were there.

Great for families, amazing location!
This was the perfect property for our family over Christmas. We had the 3 floors to spread out, the kids loved the movie room, and the hot tub was divine at the end of a ski day. It's also in a prime location -- in the residential area (so no thru traffic is allowed), and a short 5 minute walk to Main Street shops and restaurants. Also, I have to mention how great Avant Stay was at communication and making sure we had everything before and during our stay.

Wonderful experience!
We had a group of 10 girls staying here recently and had the best time! The location was perfect, just a few minutes to walk to Main Street. We loved how almost every room had their own bathroom. The movie theater and hot tub were also amazing. The hosts were very responsiveness when we needed something. Overall, a really great experience.

Amazing location
This location was perfect for our news downtown, exploring the trails, and getting to our trade show! The back yard was small but beautiful! We enjoyed the jacuzzi so much every day! The house offered plenty of space for all of us. We could have had many more people than our 7. Our kiddos took over the downstairs and were entertained completely with the movie screen and the kitchen, the bedrooms and their own bathrooms.
