Below Average Cabin that needs Owner Love
Good: Great location and good kitchen. Bad: Hard as rock beds and flat pillows with no fluff. We left one night early and stayed at hotel just to sleep in better beds. We will not stay here again!! There is only 1 tv in this cabin and it’s 15-20 years old with only like 4 channels and you have to stream through dvd player. TVs are so cheap now that you should have one in every bedroom!! Also, only 3 people can sit in the living room comfortably. All you have to do is to put a bigger television on a different wall and replace the very outdated apartment furniture and rearrange. You have too much wasted space. This cabin has lots of potential but needs the owner to actually do something about complaints. I’m not the first to complain about the same stuff.

Cute and comfortable property that was an easy space for two adult couples. Kitchen is equipped, the beds are comfortable, and it was priced appropriately. Thanks for opening up your property for us!

Location was fantastic. Close to ski rental, lift, groceries, restaurants, shops, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed but groceries. We were 4 adults & a toddler, but 6 adults would fit easily. Room for only 1 vehicle but that worked for us. Living room is downstairs with 1 of the bedrooms, but it was not an issue for us.

Excellent location, great spot for skiing in Deer Valley and Park City
Nice cabin near the top of Main Street in Park City. Easy walks to all main street restaurants and stores. The house itself is clean and very quiet. Note that the main living area and one bedroom is downstairs and there is not really any comfortable seating upstairs, so be prepared to go up and down the stairs if you're planning to stay here. Nice kitchen for meal prep and big dining room table upstairs with seating for 6-8 if you have that many people. Overall, recommended because of the location and quiet surroundings. The only downsides I would point to are the upstairs beds are not very comfortble at all, just hard mattresses on a wood base. Also, while the kitchen has all the pots, pans, glasses, and appliances you would ever need, they could use a few more forks and spoons. Our family of three went through them quickly. Also some sharper knives would be nice. Overall though, recommended. Great location.

Park City Summer
House is very nice and recently renovated and great use of space. Very quiet area. Had everything we could ask for for our family with a a 12 and 9 year old daughters. Our preteen took over the downstairs and loved it. We did movie night down stairs with the dvds provided. Property has an amazing summer location. Right at Park and Main. It’s the top of main more or less for the retail Resturant’s and we walked down to the other end and back multipule times. About 2 miles round trip. Weather was a bit warm for the time of year. There is no ac but all of the rooms have fans. We are Floridians so 85 in Utah is cool for us. The Sunday summer Main Street farmers market was amazing. Can’t miss it. Loved this house. Our kids want to come back in winter. Not sure I want to carry their skies to the town lift. Maybe the trolly is an option at that point.

SUPER CLOSE TO TROLLEY!
I feel like that is the most helpful piece of information for getting around. The town trolley is free and will drop you off right at the bottom, that was really awesome for all of us so we could go and come easy peasy. The layout of the house is a little tricky for toddlers, I was thankful our babe wasn't quite mobile and our 3 year old is totally ok with the stairs! Definitely clean and comfy and very convenient location.

Great stay in this historic property and optimal location
We've stayed all around Park City during past trips and opted to stay in downtown and we had a blast. We're a family of 4 with 2 college-aged (adult) children. The proximity to downtown and hiking trails was perfect and we walked everywhere. The neighborhood is very nice and friendly and enjoyed admiring the architecture of the homes. The property is clean and the right size, allowing privacy and places to hang out together. We made most of our meals in the kitchen and enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the porch. Great neighborhood with the historic church across the street. It's an old home and experienced some shaking pipe sounds in the wall in the bottom bedroom but nothing that diminished our stay. It's hot in the summer months however with open windows and ceiling fans we were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great location but the beds, carpet and plumbing need replacing.
We had to buy air mattresses to supplement the beds. Worst week of sleep ever and the carpet needs an upgrade. Apparently there is a sewage lift pump that makes a pounding sound when the toilet is flushed, not good in the middle of the night.

Wonderful
Spent 4 nights in this great miners cabin. Beds were comfortable, seemed to have all we could ask for in kitchen ware, plenty of towels, close to Main Street and many activities. I would recommend this place to anyone . Stayed there for a. Wedding and shared the house with my sister and adult daughter. Plenty of room for us and also others who stopped by for a short visit. Seemed that our location and rooms were the envie of others who were ther for the wedding

Amazing stay
We have stayed in PC numerous times. This was, by far, one of the best properties we have stayed at. Wonderful views, incredible quite location right off main street. We loved the homey feel. Right across the street from a beautiful church. There is even a parking pad so your car isn't parked on the street. No Jacuzzi or pool access but this place is a gem! I wish we could come back up around Christmas time and enjoy all the lights and decorations! You'll love it here!

Great location, really weird layout
Location was great. It was was a 5-10 minute walk to Main where all the shops, restaurants and bars are. Town lift was a 1/2 mile away. House seemed like it was newly renovated and had all the modern amenities but with a few quirks. Layout of the home was bizarre. Main level had 2 bedrooms with full size beds, bathroom, kitchen and a dining room with seating for six. Downstairs was another bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, another small kitchen equipped with a mini fridge and sink and a family room. The family room only had seating for four. This was a problem for our group of 6 so we spend most of our time socializing at the kitchen table. The whole downstairs was basically a unusable space. It would have been nice to have a larger family room to hang out in and relax after a long day of sking. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom, every time the upstairs toilet flushed we would hear two loud bangs. No hot water, even the first shower of the day had luke warm water. The home was moderately clean but the floors and rugs on the main level need a deep clean. My white socks were left brown. You can tell the home has seen a lot of guests. Not sure if we would rent this house again. The lack of a larger family room was a real problem which is a shame because they have the space downstairs. This home could be 5 stars with a deep clean, fix the hot water problem, loud banging and redesign the downstairs to a more usable space.
