Thankfully someone didn’t show up, so I was able to get a different room. The person I talked with on the phone was nice. The room we stayed in had multiple lightbulbs out. One outlet that didn’t work and was sticking out of the wall. One front window was missing a lock latch. The smoke detector had no battery and was inoperable. The toilet seat isn’t secured to the toilet. Exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn’t work. Not even the “upgraded” room was worth the price I paid for something smaller, in my opinion. The exterior of the motel was not very inviting either. Tiny parking lot with overgrown weeds. We needed two inexpensive rooms for 1 night. What we got was CHEAP rooms.
